A jalapeno, pepper jack cheese bread. Lots of sliced jalapeno and grated and chunk pepper jack. Heavy with cheese and jalapeno, this rich bread was a great addition to a meal. Putting together a simple grilled cheese sandwich took it to a whole different level when using this one.
Meatballs and spaghetti, and some macadamia nut sticky buns. Kind of a weird combination today, but that’s how it worked out. The spaghetti and meatballs were for dinner and the macadamia sticky buns were for breakfast the following morning. Both were excellent.

Mushrooms, yellow squash, arugula, basil, and red pepper. Pizza is a favorite weekend meal around here. But only homemade from scratch is allowed. This one is loaded up pretty well. Typically it’s only margherita, but today we went veggie.
Another stout tested today. An English chocolate. Another single brew to add to the list. I have been trying single beers for the past couple of months and found that imports, craft beers and small brewery specials are the only things that I can drink anymore.
