The bananas all ripened at once. I had to come up with a banana bread recipe and this was the result. I searched for good banana bread recipe, but in the end I just winged this one. I’m pleased with these and they freeze well. We’ll be eating these for quite some time. There is something rewarding about growing your own ingredients for such a tasty treat.
My banana trees continue to provide fruit yearly. The trees are quite hardy, Takes no damage till it freezes, below that the stalk survives well. You can find some more info about my bananas here and here.
