What else can you use Meyer Lemons for? I thought about what else I could do with all the Meyer Lemons and came up with two more ideas today:
1. Candied Lemon slice. Sweet tangy and pretty to look at.
2. Preserved Lemons – The Moroccan style with salt and spices. I used cinnamon, allspice, black peppercorns, bay leaf, coriander seed, cumin seed, nigella seeds and fenugreek seed. I think it will take a few weeks to cure so I’ll update with the outcome around Christmas.
