Lamb kofta, was on the menu today. A good buy on some fresh ground lamb motivated me to make some kofta. Truly what would kofta be without a little homemade hummus and yogurt? I wish you could taste it. Koftas are usually made with lamb, beef, mutton or chicken. Fingers prepared as in the Arab

Bread dates back about 30,000 years, but this one is fresh. A Kalamata olive bread fresh from the oven. A crusty exterior and a soft and chewy crumb laced with tangy Kalamata olives. This one was enjoyed by all and didn’t stay around very long.
